So exactly what does a coach do?
As your coach, I’ll partner with you to define, shape and accomplish professional and personal goals. In our time together I’ll use proven coaching techniques to help you take action towards creating the success you want. Your sessions will never focus on me giving you the answers – instead I focus on helping you uncover the answers and solutions in you.

Who uses a coach?
Coaching is a powerful tool leveraged by successful individuals across all professions and walks of life.
Anyone can use a coach – executives, college students, parents, couples, retirees, small business owners…basically anyone looking for support in making changes to improve the quality of their life.

How long will we work together?
The length of the coaching relationship is determined by your needs and your progress. Each client comes into the relationship with their own goals and works through them at their own pace. Short term engagements range from 3-6 months. For clients with more complex goals and needs the relationship may continue for a longer period.

How do the sessions work?
Coaching sessions are scheduled in one-hour blocks and conducted by phone unless you are are local. Each session will focus on the issue or opportunity that you want to explore. In between sessions you will be asked to asked to complete specific tasks that will move you closer towards reaching your goal.
